Dongwha Enterprise, 2020 Second Half New Graduate and Experienced Employee Open Recruitment
Documents must be submitted by midnight on the 25th; final successful candidates are scheduled to join in December.
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Dongwha Enterprise announced on the 8th that it will publicly recruit new graduates and experienced employees with a bachelor's degree in the second half of 2020.
The new graduate recruitment fields include a total of seven areas: ▲Management ▲Facility Engineering (Mechanical) ▲Facility Engineering (Electrical) ▲Production Operation ▲Production Management ▲Research Planning ▲ERP. Experienced recruitment seeks talent in a total of eight fields: ▲Accounting and Taxation (Overseas) ▲Taxation ▲Legal Affairs ▲Human Resources ▲Smart Factory Development ▲Smart Factory Planning ▲IT Infrastructure ▲Sales (Photosynthesis).
The eligibility criteria for new graduate applicants are a bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year university in Korea or abroad, or expected graduation in February 2021, with no disqualifications for overseas travel or health reasons. Applicants must also possess official language proficiency scores such as TOEIC, TOEIC Speaking, or OPIC.
The recruitment process proceeds in the order of ▲Document Screening ▲Aptitude Test ▲Job Interview ▲Personality Interview ▲Final Interview. Applications can be submitted through the Dongwha Enterprise recruitment website until 12:00 midnight (24:00) on Sunday, October 25. Final successful candidates will join the company in December.
