[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] An employee working at the Curly Frozen Center, operated by the food specialty online mall 'Market Kurly,' has tested positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
Curly announced on the 8th that it was informed by health authorities on the evening of the 7th that an employee who worked at the frozen center on the 6th tested positive for COVID-19.
The employee worked at the frozen center for six hours from 7 PM on the 6th to 1 AM on the 7th. The confirmed case was engaged in material supply tasks rather than directly handling products such as picking and packaging. After finishing work on the 7th, the employee immediately underwent a COVID-19 test upon symptom onset and received a positive diagnosis late in the evening.
Curly submitted related materials, including attendance records of frozen center workers, to the quarantine authorities and closed the area where the confirmed case worked.

According to CCTV verification, all employees, including the confirmed case, wore masks while working in accordance with quarantine guidelines. The confirmed case did not eat separately during work, and it was confirmed that there was no contact with anyone for more than five minutes.
