Girls' Generation Yuri Becomes Building Owner... Purchases 12.8 Billion Won Building in Nonhyeon-dong
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bong-ju] Girls' Generation's Yuri has purchased a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu.
On the 6th, Money Today reported that Girls' Generation member Kwon Yuri (31) bought a five-story building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, in July for 12.8 billion KRW.
With this, Yuri has joined the ranks of celebrity building owners.
According to Money Today, the building has a land area of 481.1㎡ (145.53 pyeong) and a total floor area of 1,304.27㎡ (394.52 pyeong), spanning from basement level 1 to the 5th floor above ground. It was completed in 2003 and remodeled in 2017.
The building is located a 3-minute walk from Seonjeongneung Station, where Line 9 and the Bundang Line intersect. It is especially noted for its location on a three-sided corner, offering excellent accessibility and visibility.
The interior and exterior of the building are also said to be elegant due to the recent remodeling.
Yuri purchased the building for 12.8 billion KRW, financing 10.5 billion KRW through a loan.
Considering the acquisition tax of 4.6%, it is estimated that Yuri's actual cash investment was about 2.4 billion KRW.
