Honda Launches 'Mileage Club' Loyalty Program for Long-Distance Customers
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] Honda Korea announced on the 6th that it will launch a new program called the ‘Honda Mileage Club’ for customers who use Honda automobiles and motorcycles for long distances.
The ‘Honda Mileage Club’ was established to reflect customers’ diverse opinions and suggestions in Honda Korea’s future customer satisfaction policies, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction through better services and products.
The eligibility criteria for the ‘Honda Mileage Club’ are customers who have driven 300,000 km or more for automobiles and 100,000 km or more for motorcycles after purchasing a new vehicle for the first time. Customers can easily check their eligibility by accessing the dedicated ‘Honda Mileage Club’ page on the official Honda Korea website and entering their vehicle identification number.
Selected customers can enjoy abundant benefits exclusive to the ‘Honda Mileage Club.’ All selected customers will receive a gift box consisting of specially made gifts, and a priority reservation system will be applied to allow customers to book services on their preferred dates for convenience. Automobile customers will be assigned a dedicated service advisor to receive fast and accurate service, while motorcycle customers will be provided with service vouchers for maintenance convenience. Additionally, there will be an annual free engine oil change service and various cultural events on different themes exclusively for ‘Honda Mileage Club’ members.
