[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) is accepting participants for the 'Jungnang Youth Dream On-tact Festival.'
Now in its second year, the Jungnang Youth Dream On-tact Festival is an event for youth, held on November 7 and 8, featuring various programs such as performances and an E-sports league, all conducted online in a non-face-to-face format.
The categories Jungnang-gu is recruiting for this time are ‘Club Performance Teams’ and ‘E-sports League Teams.’ For detailed application information by category, first, Club Performance Teams can apply by downloading the application form from the Jungnang-gu Office website or the Education Comprehensive Portal’s Notice Board and submitting it via email (alex050717@naver.com) along with a video under 5 minutes by October 11.
The district will provide preview videos of the applicant teams on the official Jungnang-gu Office YouTube channel, and after the final screening, select a total of 10 teams to perform live on the main stage, broadcast in real-time on November 7 through the Jungnang-gu Office YouTube channel.
The ‘E-sports League Teams’ competition will be held in the online game ‘League of Legends.’ Sixteen teams will compete in a tournament format, playing preliminary rounds online from their homes up to the quarterfinals. On the festival day, November 8, the semifinals and finals will be held live on the main stage at the Jungnang-gu Office auditorium with professional commentary.
Applications for the ‘E-sports League Teams’ are accepted until October 15. The application method is the same as for the Club Performance Teams: fill out the application form and submit it via email (wkdwlsdud555@naver.com).
