A Yangcheon-gu official stated, "The existing QR code electronic entry log was difficult for elderly visitors unfamiliar with smartphones to use, and the handwritten log method raised concerns about personal information leaks or false entries. However, the newly introduced 'Ansim Call' effectively addresses the weaknesses of both methods, resulting in significantly higher user satisfaction."
