The Busan Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 5th that kindergarten student B (female, 6 years old, Busan No. 459) at Kindergarten A in Buk-gu was notified of a COVID-19 positive diagnosis.
According to the Office of Education, student B was tested for COVID-19 on the same day after her father, patient Busan No. 412, and her older brother, patient Busan No. 415, were confirmed positive on September 29, but she was initially diagnosed negative.
Student B recently developed a fever while under self-quarantine and was tested at the Buk-gu Public Health Center screening clinic on the 4th, receiving a positive diagnosis that day.
It was confirmed that student B attended the kindergarten normally from September 21 to September 28.
