[Breaking] 11 New COVID-19 Cases in Seoul... New Cluster Infections Classified at Mapo-gu High School and Others
[Asia Economy Reporter Han Seung-gon] Eleven new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Seoul.
According to Seoul City on the 2nd, as of midnight, the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases increased by 11 from the previous day to 5,334.
Seoul City classified new cluster infections including a couple from Goyang-si, Gyeonggi Province (Mapo-gu daycare center & Seocho-gu post office), Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance in Gangnam-gu, a high school in Mapo-gu, and LG Uplus in Seocho-gu.

The infection routes of the 11 new confirmed cases were 2 related to overseas contact, and one each related to the Goyang-si couple (Mapo-gu daycare center & Seocho-gu post office), Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance in Gangnam-gu, a high school in Mapo-gu, and LG Uplus in Seocho-gu. Additionally, there was one case from contact with confirmed patients from other cities/provinces and one other case.
