Shinhan Investment Corp Launches Mobile Consumer Portal Service

Shinhan Financial Investment announced on the 25th that it will implement the 'Financial Consumer Portal' on mobile as well. The 'Financial Consumer Portal' is a service designed to strengthen consumer rights by introducing the organization's structure and system for customer protection within the company, allowing customers to directly check their rights as financial consumers and important precautions. It also provides guidance on how to submit customer suggestions and inquiries, withdraw from financial product subscriptions, and file complaints.
Previously available only on PC, the portal will now be accessible through Shinhan Financial Investment's Mobile Trading System (MTS) 'Shinhan Alpha' and the mobile website. It also includes explanations on the characteristics of the recently increasing voice phishing crimes, preventive measures, and how to respond if victimized.

Earlier, it introduced the industry's first 'Pre-Happy Call' service, which allows customers who subscribed to private closed-end funds and wrap services to cancel their subscription within 8 business days without any loss if they express their intention to withdraw.
