‘Smart Factory at a Glance’… Establishing a Digital Library
Providing Visualized Comprehensive Information Services for Smart Factory Demand Companies
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heeyoon] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 23rd that it will begin full-scale construction of the 'Smart Factory Digital Library' service, which provides comprehensive information related to smart factories.
The existing smart factory project management system was operated mainly for project support and management. As a result, there was a problem in that it was difficult to experience the effects of smart factory implementation or to provide information on implementation cases desired by users.
The Smart Factory Digital Library will begin system development in September. Afterward, it will be first opened in December by reflecting various opinions through pilot operation, and the final opening is scheduled for February 2021.
Through this, the Ministry of SMEs and Startups will provide a bubble map-based comprehensive smart factory information service where users can easily find introductions to smart factories, smart factory implementation cases, current status, and performance.
Along with this, a matching service will also be provided so that smart factory demand companies can easily check information about supply companies and select supply companies suitable for each company.
