[Hwasun=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Young-gyun] Jeonnam Hwasun-gun (Governor Gu Chung-gon) announced on the 22nd that it will suspend the 'Resident Registration Civil Service' during the Chuseok holiday in preparation for the full introduction of the next-generation resident registration system.
The service suspension period is about 5 days, from 8 PM on the 29th of this month to midnight on the 4th of next month.
During this period, the administrative service portal 'Government24' will also be unavailable, and all unmanned civil service issuance machines will be suspended, including 27 types of resident registration issuance and inquiry services.
The county plans to minimize inconvenience to civil petitioners caused by the service suspension by attaching suspension notices to 11 unmanned civil service issuance machines within the jurisdiction and installing suspension notice banners for guidance.
