Fresh Food, Salad & Roll Specialty Stores 'Dear Green' and 'Apopo Kitchen' Open at Hyundai Cheonho Branch
[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Saeng-hye] Fresh Food, a company specializing in fresh convenience foods, announced on the 20th that it will open the salad specialty store 'Dear Green' and the roll specialty store 'Apopo Kitchen' for the first time at Hyundai Department Store Cheonho Branch.
'Dear Green' is a store that adds the preference for recently increasing interest in vegetarianism to the existing salad brand Green Five's strengths. It offers unique and new menus by adding various handmade dressings and dips to salads made using Beyond Meat, a plant-based meat product, or salads prepared with braising or sous-vide techniques.
'Apopo Kitchen' focuses on fusion rolls with meat and seafood as main ingredients. It offers a roll specialty store with a more diverse menu, including signature vegan rolls wrapped with grilled zucchini and eggplant, made with rice cooked with black rice and oats, various vegetable purees, and fresh vegetables.
