About 1,000 Local Supermarket Nadulgage Stores Participate
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Ministry of SMEs and Startups announced on the 19th that it will hold a 'Neighborhood Supermarket Joint Sale Event' in celebration of Chuseok.
The event will take place from the 23rd to the 29th. Around 1,000 neighborhood supermarkets and Nadeulgaegae stores, centered around the Korea Supermarket Cooperative Federation and the Korea Nadeulgaegae Cooperative Federation, will participate.
During the event, about 70 products necessary for Chuseok preparations, including groceries, ancestral rites items, gift sets, alcoholic beverages, and drinks, will be sold at up to 50% discounted prices. An event is also planned to give customers who purchase over 10,000 won a shopping bag, kitchen detergent, and other items as gifts.
