Incheon Technopark (Incheon TP) is recruiting companies to participate in the "Facility Establishment Support Project" to help the growth of root companies, which are the foundation of the manufacturing industry.

This project supports the costs of establishing manual and hazardous processes, as well as old and outdated facilities, for root companies facing increasing management difficulties due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic. It aims to improve the working environment of companies.

Incheon TP plans to select about 28 companies through a public contest and provide up to 30 million KRW per company to support facility establishment costs.

Applications can be submitted by downloading the project plan from the Incheon TP website, filling it out, and sending it along with the required documents via email (root@itp.or.kr) by the 18th of this month.

An Incheon TP official stated, "This support project is intended to enhance the competitiveness of root companies, improve productivity, and increase sales. We expect it will also help alleviate labor shortages by creating employment opportunities through improved working environments."

Meanwhile, Incheon TP is also supporting the improvement of working environments for 17 companies through the separate "Root Process Automation Support Project," assisting root companies in enhancing productivity in various ways.
