Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Launch Consular Service 24 Mobile App from the 15th
Easy Access to Immigration Civil Services on Mobile Phones
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Cheol-young] The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced on the 14th that it will launch the 'Consular Service 24 App' on the 15th, allowing users to conveniently access consular services anytime and anywhere via their mobile phones.
After installing the Consular Service 24 App from the Google Play Store, users can apply for services such as overseas Korean registration, overseas Korean change/movement notification, return notification, document issuance verification, and inquiry of civil service processing status. The app also provides guidance on consular services including overseas Koreans, passports, notarization, family relations, nationality, military service, and itinerant consuls. The app will be available for download from the Apple App Store in October.
