Renault Samsung, 20% Discount on Premium Products to Celebrate 20th Anniversary
Price Discount Available for HappyCare Warranty Extension Enrollment Until the 29th
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Renault Samsung Motors announced on the 14th that, as part of the ‘20th Anniversary Thank You Festival,’ it will hold an event offering a 20% discount on premium products when replacing consumables until the 17th.
This event is being held by Renault Samsung in celebration of its 20th anniversary this month, targeting new car buyers and AS service users. The eligible products include six premium items: Elf synthetic oil, Eurolube synthetic oil, premium air conditioner filters, premium UHP batteries, engine protectants, and cleaning agents.
In addition to discounts on premium products, until the 29th, the ‘Happy Care Double Benefit Promotion’ offers both price discounts and maintenance coupons when subscribing to the Happy Care warranty extension service. There is also a ‘Thank You Event’ providing maintenance discount coupons for vehicles that have been in use for more than 10 years after delivery.
The Happy Care Double Benefit Promotion is available both offline and online for customers who have not yet subscribed to the Happy Care warranty extension service. Customers who purchase the AS warranty extension service with a one-time card payment can receive up to a 10% price discount, and maintenance discount coupons are provided according to the warranty extension period. Coupons are valued at 10,000 KRW for 4 years, 20,000 KRW for 5 years, 30,000 KRW for 6 years, and 40,000 KRW for 7 years of warranty extension.
Furthermore, the ‘Thank You Event’ targets customers owning SM3, SM5, SM7, and QM5 vehicles that have been in use for over 10 years. Maintenance discount coupons are issued based on the price of genuine parts (excluding labor). Customers can receive coupons worth 10,000 KRW for parts priced over 100,000 KRW, 20,000 KRW for over 200,000 KRW, 30,000 KRW for over 300,000 KRW, and 50,000 KRW for over 700,000 KRW.
During the event period, one customer who has had their vehicle serviced will be selected by lottery to receive a premium service package worth approximately 9 million KRW free of charge. This package includes full body painting, interior cleaning, front and rear bumper replacement, and premium inspection services.
