[Breaking] Japanese Recovered from COVID-19 in Japan Tests Positive Again in Korea
[Asia Economy Reporter Heo Midam] A Japanese national who was diagnosed with COVID-19 in Japan and later declared recovered tested positive again immediately after entering South Korea.
On the 12th, Paju City in Gyeonggi Province announced that Mr. A (Paju case number 109), a Japanese national who resides in South Korea and had traveled to Japan to visit family, was confirmed positive for COVID-19.
Mr. A, who works for a foreign company, departed for Japan on the 28th of last month to meet his family. He tested positive for COVID-19 at a Japanese airport and underwent 11 days of isolation treatment.
