Lotte Delivers 'Mind Protection Play Kits' to Single-Parent Families
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Lotte announced on the 11th that it held a delivery ceremony for the Mind Quarantine Play Kit for children from single-parent families at Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, in collaboration with the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation. The ceremony was attended by Lotte Holdings Communication Director President Oh Seong-yeop and Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation Vice Chairman Hong Chang-pyo, among others.
The ‘Mind Quarantine Play Kit’ supported by Lotte is a play package designed to support the mental health of children who are facing difficulties attending school and outdoor activities due to the recent resurgence of COVID-19. It consists of experiential educational materials such as eco-bag making, wooden blocks, coloring books, and seed growing.
The ‘Mind Quarantine Play Kit’ will be delivered to 1,000 single-parent families nationwide with elementary school children through the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.
This delivery of the Mind Quarantine Play Kit for children was planned in connection with Lotte’s social contribution theme ‘mom-pyeonhan,’ which aims for the comfort of mothers and children’s minds, and the nationwide support campaign ‘Mind Quarantine Challenge’ conducted last August.
