[Asia Economy Reporter Choi Seok-jin] Im Eun-jung, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Ulsan District Prosecutors' Office (age 46, Judicial Research and Training Institute class 30), who has been vocal on prosecution issues, has been appointed as the Inspection Policy Research Officer at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office.
The Ministry of Justice announced on the 10th that Deputy Chief Prosecutor Im will be assigned as a Research Officer at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office effective from the 14th.

The Ministry of Justice stated, "Deputy Chief Prosecutor Im will be responsible for matters related to inspection policies and those instructed by the head of the inspection department," and added, "It is expected that she will contribute to realizing a trusted prosecution through strengthening fair and transparent inspections."
