Gwangsan-gu Hosts Special Discount Event on Excellent Products at Post Office Shopping Mall
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangsan-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Kim Samho) announced on the 8th that it will hold a special discount event for products from local small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and small business owners until the 28th ahead of Chuseok.
With the spread of non-face-to-face culture due to COVID-19, since April, Gwangsan-gu has been supporting the entry of local SMEs and small business owners into the Post Office Shopping Mall to expand their online sales channels. This discount event is being held as an extension of that effort.
During the event period, anyone who purchases products from local SMEs and small business owners at the Post Office Shopping Mall’s ‘Gwangsan Brand Hall’ can receive discounts ranging from 15% to 44%.
As of last month, 24 companies and 119 products are registered in the Gwangsan Brand Hall.
The registered items include processed foods, travel goods, car cleaning agents, fuel additives, and more. In particular, 21 types of gift sets are also prepared ahead of the Chuseok holiday.
