LH to Supply 7 Neighborhood Living Facility Sites in Siheung Eungye District
[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 4th that it will supply seven parcels of neighborhood living facility sites totaling 5,585㎡ in the Siheung Eungye District, Gyeonggi Province, through a competitive bidding process.
The sites to be supplied this time range from 693 to 936㎡ per parcel. The expected supply price is 9.39 to 9.75 million KRW per 3.3㎡, with parcel prices ranging from 2.0277 billion to 2.65824 billion KRW. With a building coverage ratio of 70% and a floor area ratio of 300%, buildings up to five stories high can be constructed.
The Siheung Eungye District is a large-scale public housing district planned for a population of 33,000 people over an area of 2 million㎡. The first phase was completed in March last year. It is close to the Metropolitan Outer Ring Expressway and the Second Gyeongin Expressway, and the Siheung Daeya Station on the Seohae Line of the metropolitan subway is located in the northern part of the district, providing excellent metropolitan transportation networks that make travel within the Seoul metropolitan area, including Seoul and Incheon, convenient.
In particular, a specialized street including street green spaces and pedestrian pathways connecting sidewalks is scheduled to be completed by next year around the neighborhood living facility sites to be supplied this time, which is expected to greatly help the formation of nearby commercial areas.

Bidding applications and bid openings will be conducted on the 24th through the LH Subscription Center. At the time of bidding, a deposit of at least 5% of the bid amount must be paid. Subsequently, contract signing will take place over four days from the 5th to the 8th of next month. Payment can be made in installments with interest over two years, allowing for partial payment of the intermediate payments except for the 10% down payment.
