Coupang, 'Together We Are Strong! A Farm Market' Special Exhibition
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Coupang announced on the 2nd that it will hold a special exhibition called ‘Together We Are Strong! A Farm Market,’ which gathers excellent agricultural products from across the country in one place to help local farms struggling due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
The special exhibition will sell 160 excellent agricultural and specialty products from 47 regional agricultural companies nationwide. It offers high-quality and delicious local agricultural specialties at affordable prices, including organic fresh aloe that can be eaten with the skin, pesticide-free wild pears, fresh shiitake mushrooms, handmade scorched rice, handmade yanggaeng (sweet red bean jelly), aged honey, and cheonggukjang (fermented soybean paste).
Coupang plans to actively share online shopping operation know-how and success secrets so that local agricultural product sellers who are not familiar with online sales can seize more opportunities through this special exhibition. From Coupang’s open market ‘Marketplace’ guide, which allows easy and fast store registration, to various information that helps sales growth, continuous support will be provided to participating sellers.
The special exhibition will run until the 27th of this month.
