According to Busan city health authorities, among the 4 confirmed cases, 2 were identified as contacts of patient No. 285 in Sasang-gu, confirmed two days ago.
The other 2 are related to patient No. 221 in Buk-gu, confirmed on the 18th. All of them are 'unknown transmission' cases with no identifiable infection routes.
