View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Lotte Department Store and Lotte Mart announced on the 30th that in compliance with the government's 'Social Distancing Level 2.5' guidelines, all restaurants, snack bars, food courts, and bakeries in stores located in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon areas will operate until 9 PM, after which only takeout will be allowed.
Additionally, sales stores will manage visitor logs, requiring visitors to provide their name and phone number and present identification. The collected visitor logs will be stored for 4 weeks and then all discarded. Furthermore, both employees and customers must wear masks. Tables inside the facilities will maintain a 2-meter distance.
Consumption of food and beverages is completely prohibited in in-store cafes, bakeries, customer lounges, and VIP Bars (department stores), with only takeout allowed. Visitor logs will be managed similarly during takeout.
