Jeonnam Province 'Sharing Economy Ideas' Contest
Until the 23rd of Next Month... Participation Open to Individuals, Companies, Organizations, and Communities
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Jeonnam Province announced on the 28th that it will hold a contest for the ‘2020 Jeollanam-do Sharing Economy Ideas’ until the 23rd of next month.
This contest was prepared to collect the public’s brilliant ideas on sharing economy themes suitable for the COVID-19 era and feasible for commercialization, with the aim of reflecting them in sharing economy policy projects.
Participation is open not only to individuals nationwide but also to companies, organizations, and communities.
Jeonnam Province plans to finalize five ideas in October after completing the first round of document review and then conducting a second round of evaluation by a panel of sharing economy experts based on criteria such as social value, feasibility, sustainability, and economic viability.
Among the five selected excellent proposals, one grand prize winner will receive 1 million won, two winners of the excellence prize will each receive 500,000 won, and two winners of the encouragement prize will each receive 300,000 won along with certificates.
In particular, Jeollanam-do plans to actively incorporate the selected ideas into Jeonnam-type sharing economy policies.
Applications can be submitted via email or mail to the Jeonnam Provincial Office contact person. For more details, visit the Jeonnam Province website or contact the Jeollanam-do Social Economy Division.
