Samsung Cultural Foundation Appoints Kim Hwang-sik as Chairman
[Asia Economy Reporter Changhwan Lee] Samsung Culture Foundation announced on the 28th that it has appointed former Prime Minister Kim Hwang-sik as the successor to Chairman Lee Jae-yong, whose term has expired. The term is four years starting from this day.
Chairman Kim has served as Prime Minister, Chairman of the Board of Audit and Inspection, and Justice of the Supreme Court, and has also been serving as Chairman of the Hoam Foundation since December 2018.
