According to the Jeju Coast Guard Agency, at around 7:28 a.m. that day, a resident of Chujado, Mr. A (male, 53 years old, Chuja-eup), reported breathing difficulties due to ascites and edema through the Chuja Health Center, and an emergency transport request was made to the Coast Guard situation room.
Upon receiving the report, the Jeju Coast Guard promptly dispatched a helicopter to check the patient's condition and provide emergency treatment, then urgently transported patient Mr. A and two guardians to a hospital near Jeju city at around 8:38 a.m.
