A, residing in Jeonju, is the wife of the 59th confirmed case in Jeonbuk and had been in self-quarantine since the 20th. From the 26th around 1 p.m., she experienced symptoms of loss of smell and taste.
On the following day, the 27th, A underwent specimen collection at around 10:40 p.m. and received a positive diagnosis at approximately 8:50 p.m.
B, residing in Iksan, dined on the 18th at a restaurant in Naju, Jeonnam, sitting next to the 202nd confirmed case in Gyeongnam along with five acquaintances.
Subsequently, on the 22nd around 9 a.m., he took a certification exam in Jeonju and visited a restaurant in Jeonju between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. for lunch.
On the same day, sore throat symptoms first appeared in the afternoon, and it was confirmed that he stayed only at home the following day.
Additionally, on the 24th around 11 a.m., he visited a clinic and a pharmacy in Iksan, and on the 25th, he went to work, stopped by a convenience store, and had lunch at home.
On the 26th afternoon, B was notified as a contact of the 202nd confirmed case in Gyeongnam and visited the screening clinic at Iksan City Health Center at around 8:30 p.m. for specimen collection, receiving a positive diagnosis at 11:30 p.m. on the 27th.
