In particular, from dawn to morning, in the front of the pressure trough approaching from the southwest, very heavy rain accompanied by strong winds, thunder, and lightning will occur mainly along the southern coast, near Jirisan, and in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island, where hot and humid air is strongly inflowing.
Expected rainfall amounts are 50 to 100mm in the southern coast of Jeonnam, Gyeongnam, and Jeju Island (more than 150mm in some areas along the southern coast, near Jirisan, and in the mountainous areas of Jeju Island), 10 to 50mm in the central region (excluding the eastern coast of Gangwon), Jeolla Province (excluding the southern coast), Gyeongbuk, and the five western islands, and 20 to 60mm inland nationwide.
The morning low temperatures are forecasted as follows: △Seoul 26°C △Chuncheon 25°C △Gangneung 26°C △Daejeon 25°C △Cheongju 26°C △Daegu 25°C △Busan 26°C △Jeonju 26°C △Gwangju 25°C △Jeju 27°C.
The daytime high temperatures are △Seoul 30°C △Chuncheon 30°C △Gangneung 33°C △Daejeon 34°C △Cheongju 33°C △Daegu 33°C △Busan 30°C △Jeonju 31°C △Gwangju 31°C △Jeju 32°C.
