[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] With 21 additional COVID-19 confirmed cases overnight related to Seongnim Baptist Church, a table tennis club, and cleaning services in Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, a total of 54 confirmed cases have occurred over two days.
According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 27th, two more confirmed cases linked to Seongnim Baptist Church, which had 28 confirmed cases the previous day, were reported. They were classified as Gwangju patients 325 and 326 (residing in Duam-dong and Yongbong-dong, Buk-gu).
Additionally, Gwangju patient 327, residing in Yongbong-dong, Buk-gu, was identified as related to a wedding hall in Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and patient 328, residing in Ilgok-dong, Gwangsan-gu, was a contact of Gwangju patient 291.
Gwangju patient 329, residing in Yongbong-dong, Gwangsan-gu, was investigated as a contact of a Cheonan confirmed case, and patient 330, residing in Duam-dong, Buk-gu, was related to the Gwanghwamun rally.
Gwangju patients 331 to 334 were contacts of patient 286 and are related to cleaning services.
Gwangju patients 335 to 339 and 341 to 345 were contacts of patient 288 and are related to the Donggwangju Table Tennis Club, while patient 340 was an overseas entrant.
