The Korea Meteorological Administration advised, "Due to very strong winds, there is a possibility of damage to facilities such as outdoor screening clinics, construction sites, wind turbines, and transmission towers, as well as secondary damage caused by flying debris from strong winds and damage to crops such as fallen fruit. Please be especially cautious as large bridges and island areas installed on coastal or high mountain areas may experience even stronger winds."
