Recruitment will be divided by job category into ▲69 positions in technology guarantee and technology evaluation ▲3 positions in bond management ▲3 positions in IT, and through a National Competency Standards (NCS)-based recruitment process, a completely blind method eliminating unfair discrimination and prejudice will be used to select outstanding talents with excellent job capabilities.
Kibo explained that it will also hire specialized talents such as PhDs in electrical and electronic engineering, information and communication, environment, and life sciences, as well as lawyers and patent attorneys, to enhance its expertise as a comprehensive support institution for venture innovation for small and venture businesses. In addition, it will expand socially equitable recruitment by separately hiring veterans and introducing additional points for multicultural families and North Korean defectors.
The recruitment schedule will go through document screening, written examination, first interview, and second interview, with successful candidates finalized in early December. Applications will be accepted through the recruitment website from the 26th until 2 p.m. on September 9, and the written examination will be held simultaneously in Seoul and Busan on October 17.
