Fila, Second Collaboration with 'YouTube Gaming'
Pre-order Sales Start from the 26th
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] Global sports brand FILA announced on the 25th that it will start pre-orders for a collaboration edition in partnership with YouTube's gaming content hub, 'YouTube Gaming,' beginning on the 26th.
The five gaming creators participating in this collaboration?‘Kkwaddup’, ‘MadLife’, ‘Yangaji’, ‘Yeondubu’, and ‘Jjamtasua’?are popular gaming creators with a combined subscriber count of approximately 1.86 million, known for engaging viewers with their unique content styles.
The creators announced the upcoming collaboration on their channels in June and invited fans to submit design ideas. The selected designs were incorporated into FILA apparel, footwear, and accessories. Since the fans know the creators' characters and content better than anyone, the designs reflect distinctive ideas and personalities.
‘Kkwaddup’, who has over one million subscribers, presents hoodies, sweatshirts, and the slide ‘Sliktender’. The design features Kkwaddup’s American concept and his pet cat ‘Coco’. Former LOL pro gamer ‘MadLife’ created hoodies, slides ‘Sliktender’, and eco bags featuring caricatures of himself.
‘Yangaji’, who communicates with fans through a cute concept, offers hoodies, sweatshirts, and sneakers ‘Court Ace’ featuring a fan-made logo and character, as well as ‘Hotteok’, which is inseparable from Yangaji. ‘Yeondubu’ reveals the ‘Tear Dub Hoodie’, eco bags, and Sliktender slides with her English name. ‘Jjamtasua’ introduces two sweatshirts and ‘Court Ace’ sneakers featuring characters symbolizing her, such as the octopus woman and Jjamtiger.
Customers who purchase the collaboration edition reflecting the characters and images of the five creators will receive a ‘special gift’ filled with the creators’ unique personalities. Additionally, to commemorate the collaboration with YouTube Gaming, customers can find extra products such as hoodies and bucket hats featuring the FILA logo designed like the Tetris game and arcade machines, as well as cross bags showcasing FILA’s heritage vibe.
Pre-orders will be available from the 26th to the 28th on FILA’s official online mall and Musinsa Store, and anyone can purchase by applying within the period. The collaboration edition products, produced and sold through pre-orders, will be available for delivery starting November 19.
