As of midnight on the 20th, the Seoul Metropolitan Government announced that the number of new COVID-19 cases in Seoul increased by 135 in one day, totaling 2,495. All new cases were domestically transmitted, with no imported cases.
Among these, 32 new cases were confirmed to be related to Sarang Jeil Church. The cumulative number of cases related to this church in Seoul has reached 409.
Additionally, 8 new cases (cumulative 11) were linked to the Gwanghwamun rally, 2 new cases (cumulative 54) to Woori Jeil Church in Yongin City, and 2 new cases (cumulative 20) to Antioch Church in Gongneung-dong, Nowon-gu.
Furthermore, 54 patients were classified as 'others,' and 37 patients are currently under investigation for their infection routes.
