"2000s Revival" KT Showcased in Back to the Idol Season
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] KT announced on the 20th that it will present the live entertainment show "Back to the Idol" on the online video service (OTT) Seezn.
"Back to the Idol" is a web entertainment content co-produced by KT Seezn and MBC Digital Studio "M Dromeda," exclusively provided as a live broadcast on Seezn. During the live broadcast on Seezn, viewers can directly participate in the show by sending questions or cheering messages to the cast through real-time chat.
The show will feature current idols recreating the choreography of hit songs from the 2nd generation representative idols who dominated the 2000s, about 20 years ago. The MCs are Eunhyuk from "Super Junior" and Minhyuk from the idol group "Monsta X." The guest for the first episode is "ONF," returning with their 5th mini-album "Sukhumvit Swimming," who will deliver powerful and dazzling performances showcasing the choreography of popular 2000s songs.

"Back to the Idol" will be exclusively live-streamed every Wednesday at 9 PM starting August 26 through the Seezn app, and anyone can watch for free regardless of their telecom provider by simply logging in. Kim Hoon-bae, Executive Director of KT's Customer Business Division, stated, "We will continue to strengthen the production of innovative live content unique to Seezn, collaborating with excellent domestic production companies to enable user participation."
