According to Yongin City and Caribbean Bay on the day, one of the middle school students from Anyang-si who visited Caribbean Bay the previous day tested positive for COVID-19.
It is known that this student visited Caribbean Bay in a group with friends from the same school. The student was identified as a close contact of a confirmed COVID-19 case, and the fact that the student had close contact with the confirmed case was reported to Caribbean Bay by the student's parents.
The identity and infection route of this student have not been confirmed.
Caribbean Bay stated on its website that morning, "We received news that a customer who visited on the 18th tested positive for COVID-19 on the 19th according to health authorities' test results," and "We have decided to temporarily close immediately to ensure the health and safety of customers who visited Caribbean Bay."
Currently, Caribbean Bay is blocking entry and has closed its facilities.
