Gwangju University LINC+ Project Group Conducts 'Leadership Program' for Current Students
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] Gwangju University (President Kim Hyukjong) Social Customized Industry-Academic Cooperation Leading University (LINC+) Development Project Group recently announced on the 19th that it operated a 'Leadership Program' to strengthen employment capabilities and character for enrolled students.
Ten students from the Electric Vehicle Parts Development Track (IT Automotive Department, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Department of Mechanical Mold Engineering) participated in this program, which covered topics such as ▲ Self-Leadership in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution ▲ Vision Setting and Passion Development ▲ Building Trust in Human Relationships ▲ Enhancing Confidence through Achievement Recognition.
Kim Jeonggeun, head of the Gwangju University LINC+ Project Group, said, "As a result of a satisfaction survey conducted among participating students, the majority are very satisfied," and added, "We will continue to strive to nurture talents who can achieve successful employment and social life by improving their capabilities as self-leaders."
