This initiative was launched to restore fire facilities submerged due to the recent heavy rain in the Gwangju area as quickly as possible.
The Fire Facility Damage Recovery Support Center, composed of the Gwangsan Fire Station Fire Safety Information Investigation Team and volunteer fire facility companies, will operate until fire facilities are restored at 41 locations reported to have flood damage during this heavy rain period.
The main services include ▲designated damage counselors and mentoring services and fire safety consulting ▲inspection and supply of basic fire facilities such as fire extinguishers to minimize fire facility gaps ▲support for fire administrative obligations such as self-inspection of damaged buildings and exemption measures, actively assisting in all matters necessary for damage recovery.
