Gwangju Social Service Institute, Public Recruitment of 10 Employees
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] The Gwangju Metropolitan City Social Service Agency is publicly recruiting a total of 10 employees, including 6 headquarters staff and 4 affiliated facility managers.
The 6 new employees to be hired at the headquarters are all new hires: 2 in management and administration and 4 in social services.
They will work alongside experienced staff hired in mid-month to lay the foundation for the early stages of the Social Service Agency and systematically establish and operate the national and public daycare centers and comprehensive home care centers that will be run this year.
For the affiliated facilities, one center director and one part manager will be assigned each to Seo-gu and Buk-gu. The center director will oversee the operation of the comprehensive home care center, and the part manager, as a social worker, will be responsible for managing home welfare projects such as long-term care.
Applicants wishing to apply can submit their applications online through the Gwangju Social Service Agency recruitment website from the 24th to the 28th of this month.
Applicants who pass the document eligibility screening and meet the qualification criteria will undergo a personality test and NCS basic vocational competency evaluation (for headquarters) and aptitude test (for affiliated facilities) on the 12th of next month. Only those who pass the personality test, NCS, and aptitude test will proceed to the interview on the 19th, and the final candidates will be confirmed by the end of this month at the latest.
