Jungjingong, 30 Million Won Donation with Social Economy Enterprises
Helping Residents and Businesses Affected by Flood Damage in Gyeongnam Region
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Daeseop] The Small and Medium Business Corporation announced on the 18th that it will donate 30 million won to help residents and affected small businesses in Hadong and Hapcheon, Gyeongnam, which were hit by floods.
This donation was prepared jointly with five social economy enterprises in the Gyeongnam region, including Slow Food and Natural Fragrance. They will support the recovery of the special disaster area by donating cash or products directly produced by the companies.
In addition to the donation, the Small and Medium Business Corporation formed a disaster recovery manpower support team through its Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters, Gyeongnam Eastern Branch, and Gyeongnam Western Branch. They participated in the recovery of the affected areas and plan to promptly provide emergency management stabilization funds to flood-affected businesses.
