Two Additional COVID-19 Cases Confirmed in Sejongseo... Overseas Entry and Contact with Confirmed Patients
[Asia Economy (Sejong) Reporter Jeong Il-woong] Two people in Sejong have been confirmed positive for the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19).
According to Sejong City on the 18th, one teenager who arrived from overseas (#51, female) and one person in their 20s (#52, female) who had contact with a confirmed case in Seongnam (#219) were each confirmed positive in the region on that day.
While the #51 confirmed case showed no symptoms until the diagnosis, the #52 confirmed case was reported to have symptoms such as a tickling sensation in the throat.
However, the city has determined that all these confirmed cases are unrelated to the resurgence in the Seoul metropolitan area, including the Sarang Jeil Church in Seoul.
