44th Contact from Seoul to Jeonbuk, Two Men in Their 60s Living in Jeonju
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Hong Jae-hee] Two men in their 60s living in Jeonju, Jeonbuk, who had met the 44th confirmed COVID-19 patient in Jeonbuk while in Seoul, have tested positive for COVID-19.
According to Jeonbuk health authorities on the 17th, Mr. A and Mr. B, who had contact with the 44th confirmed patient in the province, tested positive and were classified as the 47th and 48th confirmed COVID-19 cases in Jeonbuk, respectively.
They visited Seoul for work on the 13th and met the 44th confirmed patient in Jeonbuk (confirmed on the 16th) at Y Law Firm and L Hotel.
Mr. A showed symptoms such as a runny nose and feverish feeling, visited Jeonju City Health Center on the 17th for specimen collection, and tested positive around 7:30 PM.
Also, Mr. B was transferred to Jeonbuk National University Hospital around 8 PM due to fever and cough symptoms.
