The event will feature 43 employers and 200 young job seekers, conducting approximately 300 job interviews.
The fair is jointly hosted by KOTRA, the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Sydney, and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in New Zealand. This online event includes practical programs for job seekers such as recruitment video interviews, employment visa briefings, and labor rights protection seminars.
Considering the online format, the Sydney and Auckland trade offices will provide pre-webinar guidance on video interview techniques. The program is carefully structured, incorporating a Q&A format.
On the 18th, the Sydney job fair will feature 24 companies including Korean firms operating locally such as Hyundai Rotem, Hyundai Glovis, Woori Bank, and Shinhan Bank, as well as leading Australian companies like Makimoto, Happytel, and H&H Law Firm. The New Zealand job fair, starting on the 26th, will include 19 participants such as Korean companies like Kookmin Bank, local government agencies including the New Zealand Police, and local companies like Gateau House.
