Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation Signs New Collective Agreement
[Asia Economy (Suwon) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] GH (Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation) signed a new collective agreement on the 12th.
On this day, the GH labor and management announced that they signed a new collective agreement reflecting the mediation proposal of the Gyeonggi Regional Labor Relations Commission and decided to seek a new path of coexistence and harmony between labor and management.
The newly signed collective agreement focused on "establishing a sound labor-management relationship where the labor union respects management rights, and the corporation guarantees labor rights."
Additionally, GH decided to change the salary system to improve the treatment of contract employees who are non-union members, in response to Gyeonggi Province's policy direction for improving non-regular worker systems without discrimination.
