Naver Supplies AI Solution to Medical Startup 'Wezzer'
Application of Clova Customer Center Solution to 'MedieAir'
[Asia Economy Reporter Jin-gyu Lee] Naver announced on the 10th that its AI platform Clova's customer center solution has been applied to "MediAir," an AI-based voice service launched by the medical chatbot startup "Wezzer."
Through this partnership with Naver, Wezzer has upgraded its accumulated expertise in medical chatbot services and expanded its business scope to include voice-based services.
MediAir, which will be launched next month, is a service that responds to customer phone inquiries at hospitals using voice AI. It handles customer inquiries such as hospital business hours, parking information, hospital location, and consultation hours, as well as customer center tasks like appointment registration, changes, and cancellations.
In this process, Clova's natural voice recognition, synthesis, and natural language processing technologies are utilized. When a customer's voice is recognized, Clova Speech technology converts the voice into text and delivers it to the chatbot. The chatbot analyzes the natural language to find the optimal response and provides it in natural voice through Clova Voice technology.
