On the 6th, the flood warning issued for Hangang Bridge in Seoul was lifted. The Hangang Flood Control Office of the Ministry of Environment announced on the 7th that the water levels at Hangang Bridge and Daegokgyo Bridge in Seoul continued to decline, leading to the lifting of the flood warning for the lower Hangang areas of Seoul and Seongnam around 9 a.m. As the Hangang water level dropped, major roads in Seoul that had been closed were reopened to traffic.
