Shared Mobility 'JiBike' Launches Police Station Patrol Promotion
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Personal mobility company G-Bike has launched a 'Flexible Patrol Service' in collaboration with Yeonsu Police Station in Incheon.
According to G-Bike on the 4th, they signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Yeonsu Police Station on the 30th of last month to expand flexible patrols.
The 'Community-Centered Flexible Patrol' promoted by the National Police Agency is a system where residents can request patrols in desired locations, and the police analyze patrol request areas and high-report areas to conduct patrols accordingly.
Through this MOU, printed materials guiding flexible patrols and a patrol request QR code will be attached to the shared electric scooter 'G-Scooter.'
Users can access the patrol request system when they discover areas with security concerns and submit patrol requests.
G-Bike launched the shared personal mobility service 'G-Scooter' in January 2019 and currently provides services in 25 regions nationwide, including Songdo, Incheon.
