The Fire Agency reported that the first report was received at 10:49 a.m. on the 3rd, and the first rescue team arrived at 11:04 a.m. to carry out rescue operations.
All four people buried in the accident were rescued, but one person was seriously injured, and the other three are undergoing cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
