Jeon So-mi appeared as a guest on KBS2's 'Yoo Hee-yeol's Sketchbook,' which aired on the 31st of last month, performing her new song 'What You Waiting For,' a stage of Bruno Mars' 'Treasure,' and an interview with MC Yoo Hee-yeol.
On the broadcast, Jeon So-mi chose Bruno Mars' 'Treasure' as her first stage. She completed the performance with her distinctive vocal tone and stage manners. Jeon So-mi shared her comeback thoughts, saying, "It's been 1 year and 3 months since my comeback. I was nervous even though I told myself not to be. There were 10 other older sisters besides me, but doing it alone made me even more nervous."
Jeon So-mi, who was in elementary school when she first appeared on 'Yoo Hee-yeol's Sketchbook,' revealed, "I just turned twenty."
When Yoo Hee-yeol asked, "What did you want to do when you turned twenty?" Jeon So-mi replied, "Right at midnight, I wanted to go buy beer with my dad and show my ID. So I went with my dad and bought all kinds of beer. But they didn't ask to see my ID. I was a bit disappointed," sharing the anecdote.
She continued, "Another thing I wanted to do when I became an adult was to shoot an alcohol commercial," adding, "I've done various commercials for beverages, clothing, and games, but I haven't done an alcohol commercial yet. Advertisers, please contact me."
Recently developing a hobby for songwriting, Jeon So-mi explained, "Among my unreleased songs, there is one called 'Subak Song.' I thought it would be fun to compare the process of eating watermelon to love, so I made it." She then gave a preview performance of 'Subak Song,' showcasing her unique composing skills.
