'Lotte Castle River Park Signature' Cyber Model House Opens on the 31st
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Lotte Construction announced on the 30th that it will open a cyber model house for 'Lotte Castle Riverpark Signature,' supplied in the area of 236 Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, on the 31st, and begin sales.
This complex, supplied through the Jayang 1 District reconstruction and redevelopment project, consists of 6 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 35 floors above ground, with a total of 878 households sized 59 to 122㎡ (exclusive area). Among them, 482 households sized 59 to 101㎡ will be sold to the public. There are 141 units of 59㎡, 324 units of 84㎡, and 17 units of 101㎡.
The complex is designed with a south-facing layout combining slab-type and tower-type buildings to secure sunlight and ventilation. It will be developed as a park-style apartment with no cars on the ground. Landscaping spaces, children's playgrounds, and circular walking trails will be created throughout the complex.
Some of the top floors will feature sky lounges with views of the Han River, and dedicated observation elevators for the sky lounges will also be installed. The exterior of the complex will apply a 'curtain wall look,' and two large gate pillars will be installed as planned.
Inside the units, various storage spaces such as dressing rooms and pantries have been provided. The premium community center of Lotte Castle, called the 'Castleian Center,' will also be established. Facilities such as the L Lounge, L Dining Cafe, indoor golf practice range, fitness club, GX room, and shower rooms will be available. Convenience facilities for residents, including a daycare center, small library, guest rooms, and coin laundry, will also be created.
Residents can control lighting, heating, gas, and ventilation systems through wall pads installed in each unit, and can also control and check information remotely via smartphones. Services such as vehicle arrival notifications, elevator calls, and energy usage inquiries are also available. The complex will apply an air purification ventilation system, smart weather life information device, and one-pass system in each unit.
Nearby the complex are Ttukseom Hangang Park, Achasan Mountain, Children's Grand Park, and Seoul Forest. The complex is within walking distance of Konkuk University Station on Seoul Subway Lines 2 and 7, and Ttukseom Resort Station on Line 7. Access to Gangnam area is convenient via Gangbyeonbuk-ro, Yeongdong Bridge, Cheongdam Bridge, and Olympic Expressway.
Within a 1 km radius, there are convenience facilities such as Lotte Department Store, E-Mart, Lotte Cinema, and Konkuk University Hospital. Kyungsu Elementary School is within walking distance for commuting, and school facilities such as Kyungsu Middle School, Jayang Middle and High Schools, Konkuk University, and affiliated middle and high schools of Seoul National University of Education are also nearby.
